Is INFJ burnout the same as Autistic burnout?

Over the past week this is a question I've been pondering.

I've done many videos talking about INFJ burnout, but after my recent video on if INFJ's are autistic (and reading all of your responses!)... It's made me ask, if INFJ burnout is essentially an Autistic burnout?

As always, I want to hear YOUR thoughts on this topic, as I believe you are the expert of yourselves.
